We work with experts in WWF offices all over the world to organise capacity building workshops and trainings that address the specific needs of central banks, supervisors and regulators.
Since 2021, through our SUSREG Tracker, we evaluate countries which represent 89% of global GDP and are responsible for 75 % of global GHG emissions, on how they are making progress with integrating climate and broader environmental & social considerations in their daily practices. The graph below illustrates progress made on these crucial themes in central banking, banking supervision and insurance supervision activities between 2021 and 2024.
